Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frankies Bikinis, but if the fit isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
